Here, you can find every super car and get the information of cars BMW, BENTLY, FERRARI, PORCH, ROLLS ROYCS, ETC. The Ferrari 488 is the best car ever the milage of ferrari 488 is about 8km/l. The onwer of ferrari are the luch.
The last of which, indirectly, brings us here; the company’s success at selling out its limited run of 500 examples back in 2015 made it almost certain that McLaren would also produce a roadster version of the new 600LT. And here it is; these are the first official pictures of the new droptop ahead of sales beginning later this year. While it is predictably heavier than the featherweight 600LT coupe, it will still be the lightest car in its class by a considerable margin.VIEW PHOTOSMcLaren
McLaren Automotive’s use of a hugely strong carbon-fiber tub gives it an inbuilt advantage when it comes to engineering its open-top models. All of the car’s structural strength comes from the “bathtub” itself; the loss of a fixed roof has no effect on the car’s torsional rigidity. The only weight penalty is the extra mass brought by the folding hard top, which is shared with the existing 570S, and the fact that this heavier mechanism sits higher up in the structure versus in the fixed-roof 600LT.
Going by McLaren’s numbers, the 600LT Spider weighs just 110 pounds more than the coupe and 220 less than the 570S Spider, with a dry weight quoted at 2859 pounds in the car’s lightest possible configuration. Getting to that point would mean ordering the car with the extra-cost MSO Clubsport Pack. For a sizable $22,090 upcharge, that package features the ultralight carbon-fiber race seats from the McLaren Senna, as well as various carbon trim and titanium wheel bolts. As with the coupe, it would also mean passing on the optional zero-cost climate control and infotainment systems, a sacrifice that only a small number of buyers are likely to make.Advertisement – Continue Reading BelowVIEW PHOTOSMcLaren
Despite the increase in mass, performance of both 600LTs is close to identical. McLaren quotes the same 2.8-second zero-to-62-mph time as the coupe, and the time it quotes for the Spider, 8.4-seconds from zero to 124 mph, is just two-tenths slower. Top speed is claimed to be 201 mph with the roof up and what sounds like a very exciting 196 mph with it lowered—something only the most tonsorially secure are likely to want to attempt. As in the 570S Spider, the folding hard top can be operated with the car on the move at speeds of up to 25 mph.
The Spider also gets to keep the same top-exit exhaust system as the one fitted to the coupe, which McLaren has demonstrated is able to exhale impressive amounts of fire under hard use. The lack of a roof should definitely give occupants a heightened appreciation of the LT’s snarling soundtrack. The outlets also mean the Spider has to use the same fixed-position rear wing as the coupe, which incorporates a ceramic coating to help it withstand the serious temperatures the pipes are capable of generating. The twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V-8 and seven-speed twin-clutch transmission are unchanged from the hardtop model, and the engine is rated at the same 592 horsepower and 457-lb-ft of torque.VIEW PHOTOSMcLaren
We are promised that the Spider’s dynamic performance will be equally close to that of the closed-cockpit version, with similarly focused chassis settings and the same track-biased Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires as standard fitment. It will be interesting to see how close the two cars are able to stay on a racetrack. We suspect that, for a majority of potential buyers, the Spider’s fractional reduction in agility will be of limited concern when set against the enhanced thrills offered by its access to the open atmosphere.
Although production will be limited, McLaren isn’t willing to put an exact figure on the LT Spider’s rarity. As with the hardtop, it will only be built for one year. If enough buyers choose to forgo the cheaper charms of the 570S Spider, it’s likely this new model will become the more popular choice during its time-restricted run. That’s despite pricing starting at $256,500, a roughly $45,000 premium over the 570S, if a relatively modest $14K supplement over the 600LT coupe.
Tesla cuts price of mass-marked Model 3, lifts prices of premium EVs

By Reuters
US electric vehicle maker Tesla Inc has lowered the price of its mass-marked Model 3 and raised the prices of its premium Model X and S cars.
The starting price of the Model 3 is now $30,315, from $32,225, Tesla’s website showed on Tuesday. The top-of-the-range Model X now begins at $75,315, rather than $71,325, while the Model S rises to $70,115 from $65,125.
The prices include potential incentives and petrol savings of $9,875, Tesla said on its website.
Earlier this month, Tesla said deliveries of all three of its models in the second quarter of this year rose 51% from the previous quarter to a record 95,200 vehicles. The Model 3 accounted for about 80% of the total, underscoring the vehicle’s role as the linchpin of Tesla’s growth strategy.
The automaker said it expected production and deliveries to continue growing in Q3.
On Tuesday, Tesla also changed its prices in China, the world’s largest market for electric vehicles.
Its website showed the Model 3 starting price is now 355,900 yuan ($51,780), down from 421,000 yuan. It lifted the Model X to 790,900 yuan and Model S to 776,900.
Verdict: In a world of one-trick ponies, the NSX is a multitasking supercar.
Overview
The Acura NSX intends to fill a niche that barely exists, but for those who seek a daily-driver supercar—with some hybrid cred, no less—this is your ride. The original NSX, which was phased out of production in 2005, provided easy, day-to-day livability minus the eco-friendliness: exotic looks, otherworldly performance, a compliant ride, and comfortable space for two adults and a reasonable amount of cargo. Aside from the original’s generous cargo space, the reborn NSX checks all the same boxes and sweetens the deal with above-average fuel economy thanks to its hybrid powertrain and electric-only driving capabilities. It certainly looks the part of a supercar, but it doesn’t quite hit the exotic mark on the inside, where evidence of parts sharing with lesser Acuras casts a decidedly down-market shadow.Advertisement – Continue Reading Below
What’s New for 2019?
A series of exterior styling changes distinguish the 2019 NSX from the 2018 model, most noticeably the body-color front-grille garnish and gloss-black exterior trim. Underneath the NSX’s sporty façade, Acura engineers have made several changes to the chassis including stiffer anti-roll bars and revised logic for the adaptive suspension.
Acura NSX Pricing and Which One to Buy
NSX: $159,300
We’d show restraint when adding options to the NSX’s spec sheet, as few of them improve its performance. Carbon-ceramic brakes are a worthy performance upgrade for a car that is capable of, according to Acura, a 191-mph top speed.
Engine, Transmission, and Performance
Likes: Trick hybrid powertrain, all-electric quiet mode, it’s a daily-drivable supercar. Dislikes: It’s not as quick as key rivals, it’s not as engaging to drive either.
While it will certainly satiate your need for speed, the NSX can’t outpace some key rivals such as the Audi R8 or the McLaren 570S. In our testing, it still snapped off lightning-quick acceleration times and managed a 3.1-second run from zero to 60 mph. Its electric-only Quiet mode, however, gives it something its rivals don’t have: discretion. The NSX’s hybrid-electric powertrain combines a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V-6 with three electric motors for a combined total of 573 horsepower. The V-6, the nine-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, and one of the electric motors work as a team to power the rear wheels. The other two electric motors operate independently to drive the front wheels, effectively giving the NSX all-wheel drive.Advertisement – Continue Reading Below
In Quiet and Sport modes, the steering is direct and accurate but light to the touch, which we think is an attempt to make the NSX feel maneuverable on a day-to-day basis. Such a setup, however, feels out of place on such a performance-oriented vehicle. In Sport Plus and Track modes, the electric-power-steering system dials in more weight. Regardless of the setting, the steering is crisp, and the car responds smartly to the slightest of driver inputs.
Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG
Hybrid vehicles are more efficient in stop-and-go city traffic than their gasoline-only rivals, and the NSX is no different. An EPA rating of 21 mpg city beats the Audi R8 V-10 by a whopping 7 mpg. The Porsche 911Carrera 4S matches the NSX’s 21-mpg rating in the city and beats the NSX on the highway with a 28-mpg rating; the NSX is rated for 22 mpg highway. In our real-world highway fuel-economy test, the NSX delivered a decent 23 mpg, beating its EPA rating slightly but falling behind its nonhybrid rivals.
Interior, Infotainment, and Cargo
Likes: Comfortable seats, plenty of space for two adults, excellent outward visibility. Dislikes: Down-market materials, disappointingly outdated infotainment, limited cargo space.Advertisement – Continue Reading Below
Touted as the everyday supercar, the NSX is certainly comfortable and intuitive enough for just about anyone to use as a daily driver. But its cabin doesn’t have the premium feel and luxurious amenities one expects from an Acura, let alone one that is meant to compete with the best from England and Germany. Our test car featured the optional leather-and-faux-suede seats, faux-suede headliner, and carbon-fiber-trimmed steering wheel. The bright red leather appealed to the younger among our staff, but some found it garish and juvenile. While the seats are comfortable, we’d prefer more thigh support, and enthusiastic drivers will likely desire more side bolstering as well.
A 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with integrated navigation comes standard and is hooked up to an ELS Studio nine-speaker stereo. As with some other interior parts, the touchscreen system is taken from lesser Acuras and Hondas, and the same complaints we have about them apply here, too. The system’s interface already looks outdated, and we found the menu setup to be unintuitive. To make matters worse, its lack of redundant buttons and the unwieldy touch-sensitive volume slider, which makes precise adjustments difficult, add an extra layer of complexity.Advertisement – Continue Reading Below
For something marketed as the everyday supercar, the NSX’s interior storage cubbies aren’t especially commodious. Its trunk is located right behind the engine, which might be problematic for hauling home your Häagen-Dazs. Plus, we managed to fit just one of our carry-on suitcases inside the tiny trunk.
Safety and Driver-Assistance Features
Its lack of driver-assistance features and absence of crash-test data might pose a concern for safety-minded consumers; neither the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration nor the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety have completed crash testing for the NSX. A comprehensive standard airbag system provides an acceptable level of protection. Key safety features include:
Standard front- and rear-parking sensors
Warranty and Maintenance Coverage
Acura provides some of the most comprehensive coverage in the segment. While a four-year or 50,000-mile limited warranty is offered by Audi, BMW, and Porsche, none provide as much powertrain coverage as Acura. The NSX’s sophisticated hybrid-electric components are covered for eight years or 100,000 miles.
Limited warranty covers 4 years or 50,000 miles
Powertrain warranty covers 6 years or 70,000 miles
Hybrid components are covered for 8 years or 100,000 miles
According to Autocar, BMW is already working on its next post-i8 project. But unlike the i8, which is not a supercar, this unnamed vehicle will serve as a direct competitor to the likes of the McLaren 570S and even the Acura NSX. Furthermore, it’ll incorporate all of the German automaker’s latest advancements in electrification, lightweight components, and other exotic materials.
Klaus Frohlich, the BMW board member who’s in charge of product development, told Autocar that “If you are an engineer, once in your life, you want to make a super-sports car. I think partial electrification will enable that.”3
3
Although the vehicle would not serve as a direct i8 successor, it will in many ways pick up where the i8 leaves off, such as an improved carbon fiber chassis and compact and powerful electric driving units. “If you look at the supercars – the McLarens, the Ferraris – beyond 2020, they will be all partially electric,” Frohlich added. “And if you look at power plug-in hybrids we are planning for today, an electric motor in our PHEVs has a little bit more than 99 hp and 184 lb-ft of torque.”
One thing is certain at this point: the new car won’t be a pure electric and will still rely on an internal combustion engine. However, it will presumably be larger and more powerful than the i8’s three-cylinder engine. We wouldn’t be surprised if BMW went with a six-cylinder unit, possibly turbocharged.5You Might Also LikeCool Muscle Cars For Under $25,000The Alfa Romeo Giulia Has Already Become Very Affordable
Combined with an electric motor, total output will far exceed that of the i8’s not so impressive 369 hp. Put it this way, if theupcoming M8 is projected to have around 620 hp, this next BMW will be closer to 1,000 hp. And speaking of the M8 and new 8 Series lineup in general, BMW will position its new supercar as a halo car instead of a grand tourer, thus preventing any internal competition. Assuming BMW proceeds with the plan, don’t expect to see this new supercar until 2023, at the earliest.3
The Fenyr SuperSport is a Lebanese limited production sports car built by W Motors, a United Arab Emirates based company. It was unveiled at the 2015 Dubai Motor Show. The name of the car, Fenyr, comes from the word Fenrir, the name of a monstrous wolf in Norse mythology.[3] The production of the car was originally planned to be up to 25 units per year, a drastic increase from the limited 7-car total production run of its predecessor. [2][4] However, this was later changed to a total of 100 vehicles. [5]
Paris Motor Show 2018: Peugeot goes retro-electric with E-Legend
BMW i8
– Inspired by the Peugeot 504 Coupe
– Gets autonomous driving technology, retro styling and modern cues
Electric cars have slowly started normalising into everyday cars rather than being objects that are made to stand out for being different. And one of the biggest influencers of this change has been the retro-electric designs that have started coming up. When you have the unmatched French legacy of automotive design reviving the immortal lines of Pininfarina, magic is bound to happen.
With the E-Legend concept, that made its debut at the Paris Auto Show – Peugeot’s home turf, the French car maker has showcased that electric future does not need to be weird or boring. Paying tribute to the 504 Coupe, one of their icons, Peugeot has almost built a Tesla-rival with 400bhp of power and almost 800Nm of torque on tap.
It sprints to 100kmph in less than 4 seconds and with the 100KW battery should be good for a healthy range in a single charge. Being a concept, the interior is outright futuristic with a foldable rectangular steering, the large LCD screen across the dash and the colours, materials and finishes.
Peugeot’s all-new Indian innings is all set to begin in about a year. If they see this kind of a future of cars across the globe, we are all ears!
Tesla indicates that Roadster sales will begin in 2020, although not before the Tesla Model Y goes on sale. Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said that higher-performance trim levels will be available beyond the base specifications, including a model with ~10 cold gas thrusters.[4]
Highs: Spaceship design, futuristic powertrain, easy to drive around town.
Lows: Plastic-tastic cabin doesn’t match the price, underperforms other top sports cars, hugely impractical.
Verdict: Succeeds as a fashion statement, with all the practical failings that entails.
Overview
If you are lucky enough to see a BMW i8 rolling down the street, you’ll immediately take notice. Unfortunately, the i8’s plug-in-hybrid powertrain can’t cash the checks written by its supercar design. With 369 horsepower and an estimated 18 miles of all-electric range, the i8 can’t keep up with either the best sports cars or the best plug-in hybrids on the market. But for drivers who value curb appeal and exclusivity above all else, none of that may matter.Advertisement – Continue Reading Below
What’s New for 2019?
The big news for 2019 is that the i8 is now available as a roadster, with a folding soft top and two seats instead of the two-plus-two arrangement found in the coupe. BMW also tweaked the i8’s plug-in powertrain to produce 12 extra horsepower and an estimated three extra miles of EV range. BMW’s iDrive 6.0 software now powers the i8’s infotainment system.

BMW i8 Pricing and Which One to Buy
Coupe: $148,495
Roadster: $164,295
The i8 roadster is almost $16,000 pricier than the coupe, but can you really put a price on the feeling of the wind in your hair? Standard features on the i8 roadster include a power-folding soft top, adaptive suspension, and 20-inch wheels. Leather-trimmed sport seats seem appropriate; they’re available with the Tera World package, which also adds touches of blue to the exterior and black-painted brake calipers.Advertisement – Continue Reading Below
Engine, Transmission, and Performance
Likes: Unique (in this class) plug-in powertrain, feels light and quick, as fun to drive as many sports cars. Dislikes: Short EV range, not as quick as competitors.
BMW offers a single powertrain in the i8. It mates a turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder gas engine with an 11.6-kWh battery pack and two electric motors. The trio of power sources combines for a total of 369 horsepower, capable of driving all four wheels. However, it’s not the fastest supercar on the block: The roadster we tested sprinted from zero to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds.
Chris Doane AutomotiveCar and Driver
The i8 suffers from the same light steering that we’ve criticized in many current BMWs. We’d prefer more feedback, especially in a vehicle with sporting intentions. The ride is surprisingly civil and bumps in the road are felt, but never harshly.Advertisement – Continue Reading Below
Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG
The i8’s EPA fuel-economy ratings are unimpressive among hybrids but still better than most sports cars. During our highway fuel-economy test circuit, a 2019 i8 roadster delivered 35 MPGe and went for 22.2 miles on electricity alone.
Interior, Infotainment, and Cargo
Likes: Interior design matches futuristic exterior, comfortable front seats. Dislikes: More plastic than is normal in a six-figure car, coupe’s rear seats are nearly useless, ingress and egress are challenging.
Despite the i8’s focus on design versus practicality, front-seat occupants won’t feel cramped. The i8 roadster has seating for only two passengers, with the folding top taking up the space that is occupied by a pair of jump seats in the coupe. Standard interior features include heated power seats and touches of leather. Cooled seats, a power-adjustable steering wheel, and passenger-seat lumbar support are not available—even as options.
The i8’s infotainment system will be familiar to owners of less exotic BMWs. The system is largely intuitive and displays on a sharp-looking 8.8-inch touchscreen situated atop the dashboard. Apple CarPlay is standard, but Android Auto isn’t offered on any i8 model.Advertisement – Continue Reading Below
Chris Doane AutomotiveCar and Driver
As you might expect, the i8 has a negligible amount of room for luggage and minimal cubby space for the trinkets of modern life. The i8’s rear cargo area is long but shallow—unlike some mid-engined sports cars, there’s no storage up front—and we managed to fit only a single carry-on suitcase inside.
Safety and Driver-Assistance Features
The i8 hasn’t been crash-tested by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, and driver-assistance technology is scarce. Forward-collision warning and automated emergency braking are standard, but other tech such as blind-spot monitoring and adaptive cruise control are absent. Key safety features include:
Standard automated emergency braking
Standard forward-collision warning
Standard front and rear parking sensors
Warranty and Maintenance Coverage
BMW’s standard set of warranties is typical for a luxury automaker. Also typical is the i8’s eight-year or 100,000-mile warranty on hybrid-powertrain components. The three years or 36,000 miles of complimentary scheduled maintenance, however, set the i8 apart from the competition.
Limited warranty covers 4 years or 50,000 miles
Powertrain warranty covers 4 years or 50,000 miles
Hybrid components are covered for 8 years or 100,000 miles
Complimentary maintenance is covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles
